Shipping fees

Germany:

For orders below EUR 300.00 net we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.90 for insured shipping by DPD or UPS.
From EUR 300.00 order value we ship free of charge in Germany.

EU-Countries:

EUR 16.00 international shipping with UPS.

Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

Shipping to Switzerland / Liechtenstein is EUR 39.90. The VAT included in our prices will be deducted. A customs declaration is attached to the package. Customs duties, import taxes, etc. are to be borne by the customer.

USA / Canada:

Shipping to USA / Canada is EUR 59.00 with UPS.

Delivery time

The current delivery time of the desired products is 3-4 working days in Germany. Delivery time to EU-Countries will be about 3-6 days, to USA / Canada 6-12 days.

We update the displayed delivery time of the products in our web shop continuously and in particular immediately as soon as we receive information about a change in the delivery time. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product is currently not in stock, e.g. due to prior sale. In this case we will inform you immediately about the expected delivery date or offer you an alternative if available. If we should have to deliver parts of your order later, this is of course free of charge for you.
